Café Thierry was founded by Thierry Busset who is called one of Europe and North Americas best patisserie chefs and he has worked on different Michelin restaurants around the world. The café is located on one of Vancouvers most exclusive street, and has won a lot of awards; for best dessert and best patisserie amongst others. At the café you can enjoy french traditional pâtisseries with a modern twist, pâtisseries that is one of a kind, and they have a reputation of only using products of the best quality. Examples of pâtisseries they offer are pralines, macarons, cakes, and other traditional french pastries. They also offer their special-designed coffee drinks. They have a store as well, so you can enjoy their quality products at home.
Their optimal location and high quality products could have been a guarantee for them to reach their target costumer group, but unfortunately they don’t reach their goals because of their incoherent communication and unclear graphic profil och packaging range. Because of that, they can’t reach their goals of being a high quality brand. Their perfect conditions make it possible for them to reach a wider target group. The combination och high quality products, french traditions and new innovations, makes Thierry a strong brand who should be able to attract many consumers. With a new graphic profile, and a new packaging range they have possibilities to reach those goals.
