Project Love: Motorman Chocolate Lager
So I'm a little late on this one, it being a holiday gift, but I love the packaging and idea behind this Motorman Chocolate Lager that Freshthrills sent out over the festive season.

Project Love: The Nolitan
This branding project by Marque Creative for the Nolita Hotel, is simply breathtaking. The simple red stripes with the gorgeous typographic mark and navy accents really make this hotel stand out in the luxury sector. The newspaper is quite a lovely piece of graphic design too!

Remember the ANZACs
ANZAC day is a national day of remembrance in New Zealand and Australia, where we honour members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli in Turkey during World War I. It now more broadly commemorates all those who died and served in military operations for their countries, but as a Kiwi, it's something that I always think about when this time of year comes around. At home I would go to a dawn service with my Dad and Granny, whereas here there is less of a tradition. I will be trying to get to Turkey in the next couple of years to see the sunrise over Gallipoli, but this year in another far off country, I will think about ANZAC with friends, and hope you do to.

Project Love: Travel Book
As a keen traveller, I am always interested in how people document their travels - mine are sitting on a hard drive so far, but I have plans of one day making something beautiful from them. Christina Piluso made this gorgeous book for her sister, after she finished her travels, and the results are simple stunning. Really love the binding method and the incorporation of the patterns. The simple colour palette really works across the cover and inside spreads too! More info here. via fpo
